Chet L. Jenkins, D.D.S and Monzer Shakally, DDS
Dr. Jenkins grew up in Roosevelt, Utah, and graduated from the University of Utah prior to finishing dental school at The Ohio State University, where he graduated at the top of his class. He is happily married to his high school sweetheart and they have been blessed with five children and four beautiful granddaughters.
Dr. Jenkins has been practicing dentistry for 20+ years and loves the interactions he has with his patients and helping them maintain their beautiful smiles. He is founder and CEO of Signature Dental Partners and owns more than 50 dental offices in the Western United States.
Outside of work you can find Dr. Jenkins enjoying various outdoor activities including hiking and golfing, and cheering on his beloved Buckeyes. He also loves spending time with his family and is very involved with his church in the east valley. Be sure to ask him about his involvement in a non-profit organization, Hope Arising, who provides relief for villagers in Ethiopia.
Monzer Shakally, DDS


Dr. Shakally graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry with his dental degree and quickly realized that he is a lifelong learner. He loves the variety that comes with being a general dentist and he has made it his personal goal to continually learn about new dental techniques and technologies so he can better serve his patients. As a dentist, Dr. Shakally enjoys forming personal connections with his patients and helping them restore their ability to smile and be happy. His down-to-earth personality creates a pleasant atmosphere, and his warm and welcoming chairside manner is one you are sure to enjoy!
Outside of the office, Dr. Shakally enjoys an active lifestyle and can be found getting a workout in at Independence Gym with his friend, Luke, or hiking with his wife, Maddy. When he isn’t busy at the gym or on a hiking trail, Dr. Shakally loves to spend quality time with his friends. He also is very outgoing and likes to meet new people (and patients!); be sure to say hi to him at your next visit!
